# Annotate and download submittal reviews

> Export a fully annotated review package straight from the submittal. Issue marks are stamped onto the pages, and reviewers can edit any mark before the package goes out.

Submittal reviews now produce a package you can send back as-is. The new **Annotate & Download** action stamps every review finding onto the submittal pages and exports the annotated PDF in one step.

Reviewers stay in control of what ships:

- **Editable issue marks.** Move, reword, or remove any annotation before export. Edits sync back into the compiled review, so the record and the package always match.
- **Review-scoped marks.** Marks belong to the review that created them, so re-reviews start clean instead of inheriting stale annotations.
