# Daily logs and photos

Field reporting now has a shared home in Specset. **Daily Log** keeps the day's notes, manpower, delays, weather, and photos together, while **Photos** provides a project-wide timeline and album library for every image.

Daily Log and the connected Photos workspace are currently in beta. Email [support@specset.com](mailto:support@specset.com) to request access.

- **Capture quickly.** Type, dictate, or drop photos into Quick log. Specset files the entry into the right part of the day, and you can adjust the structured details at any time.
- **Move from feed to report.** Follow the chronological feed in the field, then switch to Report to review the day summary, manpower, work performed, delays, and photos. Export the finished record as a PDF.
- **Find every photo again.** Browse photos by day, week, or month, search and filter them, organize manual or smart albums, and select groups to download or archive.

Photos filed from a daily entry stay linked to that day. Open an image to review its details and tags, move through nearby photos, or return to the supporting log entry.
