The organization menu is the left-hand sidebar Specset shows whenever you are outside a project. It collects your projects, your chats with the agent, and the admin pages for people and settings. What you see depends on your [role](https://docs.specset.com/docs/team-roles) and the features enabled for your organization.

## Find your way around the sidebar

- **Projects** — The projects you are a member of. Managers and Admins can create projects and set the filter's **Visibility** to **All Projects**. See [Create your first project](https://docs.specset.com/docs/getting-started). F&M organizations call this **Facilities**.
- **Chat** — Start a new conversation with the agent. Expand **Chat** and choose **History** to search earlier conversations, filter them by project, or turn on **Has artifacts**. See [Ask the project](https://docs.specset.com/docs/project-qa).
- **Agent Sessions** — Start and review runs of your organization's configured agents with **New Agent Session**.
- **Artifacts** — Every output the agent has produced across your organization's projects. See [Artifacts](https://docs.specset.com/docs/library).
- **Bid Opportunities** — Gather incoming opportunities, check their source documents, and record review decisions. See [Bid opportunities & screening](https://docs.specset.com/docs/bid-opportunities).

Under **Admin**:

- **Members** — Manage people, invitations, and organization roles. Expand **Members** to find **Teams** and assign groups of people to projects. See [Members & roles](https://docs.specset.com/docs/team-roles).
- **Org Settings** — The organization's name and logos, which Admins can change, plus the pages below.

Open a project to swap the sidebar for that project's tools. Click the project name at the top of its sidebar to return to the projects list.

## Change organization settings

Expand **Org Settings** to reach each settings page:

| Page | What it controls |
| --- | --- |
| **Integrations** | Connections to Procore and Autodesk Build. See [Integrations overview](https://docs.specset.com/docs/integrations). |
| **Security & SSO** | Sign-in requirements and identity providers. See [Organization security](https://docs.specset.com/docs/organization-security). |
| **Stamps** | The review stamps people apply to submittal reviews. |
| **Appearance** | Logos, display name, and theme colors, when branding is enabled for your organization. |
| **Agents** and **Skills** | The organization's agents and custom skills. Shown to Managers and Admins. |
| **Memory** | What the agent has remembered. Any member can review, edit, or delete memories. |
| **Usage** | Credits used across the organization. |

## Check your organization's usage

1. Expand **Org Settings** and choose **Usage**.
2. Pick a range: **7D**, **30D**, or **90D**.
3. Split the **Credits over time** chart **By Project**, **By User**, or **By Type**.

The page also shows **Credits Used** and the **Daily Average** for the range, with tables of credits by project, user, and type. Every member of the organization can view it.

## Switch organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, switch between them from the top of the sidebar.

1. Click your organization's name above the sidebar. The menu shows its member count and shortcuts to **Members**, **Integrations**, and **Org Settings**.
2. Under **Switch Org**, choose the other organization. Specset opens its projects list.

## Get help and product news

At the bottom of the sidebar, **Support** contacts the Specset team and **What's new** shows recent product updates, with a dot when there are entries you haven't seen.

## Why is a menu item missing?

**Agent Sessions** and **Artifacts** appear in the organization sidebar for Managers and Admins only, and **Agent Sessions** must also be enabled for your organization. Anyone in a project can still open that project's **Artifacts**. **Bid Opportunities** appears only when it is enabled for your account. Ask an Admin if you need a different role or access.
