Your team can now use Google Workspace or Okta alongside Microsoft Entra ID to sign in to Specset. Google Workspace setup is coordinated with Specset support. If you already have an account, the Google connection flow verifies your existing sign-in and asks you to confirm the link, keeping your projects and memberships together.

Passkeys let you sign in with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN when your organization allows them. Account Settings now separates Profile from Sign-in & security, where you can manage passkeys, your password, email verification, and recovery options. New password checks reject common or easily guessed choices, and sensitive changes ask you to verify your identity when needed.

In Org Settings → Security & SSO, administrators can make SSO optional or required, choose allowed sign-in methods, and require MFA or phishing-resistant MFA. Authentication, onboarding, and session-duration changes stay in a draft until you click Save. Specset checks that you can meet the proposed policy before applying it. Each organization's sign-in requirements still apply when you switch between teams.

Field reporting now has a shared home in Specset. Daily Log keeps the day's notes, manpower, delays, weather, and photos together, while Photos provides a project-wide timeline and album library for every image.

Daily Log and the connected Photos workspace are currently in beta. Email support@specset.com to request access.

• Capture quickly. Type, dictate, or drop photos into Quick log. Specset files the entry into the right part of the day, and you can adjust the structured details at any time.
• Move from feed to report. Follow the chronological feed in the field, then switch to Report to review the day summary, manpower, work performed, delays, and photos. Export the finished record as a PDF.
• Find every photo again. Browse photos by day, week, or month, search and filter them, organize manual or smart albums, and select groups to download or archive.

Photos filed from a daily entry stay linked to that day. Open an image to review its details and tags, move through nearby photos, or return to the supporting log entry.

Skip the keyboard when speaking is faster. The new waveform button lets you dictate directly into a Specset composer.

Click Dictate, speak while the timer runs, then stop the recording. Specset transcribes your words and adds them to the text already in the composer. You can review, edit, and add context before anything is sent or filed.

Dictation is available in every project conversation and in the Daily Log quick entry where that tool is enabled. Your microphone is only active while the red recording timer is visible.

Specset can now take you straight into the right project chat when you open the installed app on site. Instead of finding the project and starting from scratch, you arrive with that project's conversation context already loaded.

Project managers set the site's coordinates and matching radius in Project Settings > General. Each user chooses whether to enable the feature in the installed app. When one project matches, its chat opens automatically. When sites overlap, Specset asks which nearby project you want.

The live device location is used only to perform the match locally. It is not stored or sent to Specset, and nearby-project detection can be turned off at any time from the account menu.

Review tables, issue lists, extractions, drafted documents: everything the agent produces is an output, and every output now lives in the Library. It ships to every workspace today, at both the project and organization level.

• One place for everything the agent makes. The Library lists every output with its type, status, and the session that produced it. Search and filter to find a deliverable weeks later, or start a new output right from the page.
• Open outputs in place. Click a row and the output opens in a side panel, so you can drill into individual checks and issues without leaving the list, or jump back into the chat that produced it.
• Chat history knows what was produced. A new "Has output" filter and per-conversation output counts make it easy to find the conversation behind a deliverable instead of scrolling by title alone.
• Checklist skills can file issues. Turn on issue creation for a checklist skill and every flagged check becomes a draft project issue, cited and ready to triage.

The Library takes over from the Agent Sessions page as the home for agent outputs. Workspaces still using Agent Sessions keep it while they transition.

Tell the agent something once and it sticks. Memory carries your preferences, decisions, and working conventions across conversations, so every new chat starts already knowing how your team works.

• Saved as you chat. State a preference ("always quote fire-rating requirements verbatim") and the agent saves it as a memory, marked with a chip in the conversation so nothing is stored silently.
• Applied everywhere. Memories load into every future conversation, org-wide or scoped to a single project.
• Yours to manage. Review, edit, and delete memories under Org Settings or Project Settings, including everything the agent saved on its own.

Specset can now be installed to your home screen. It opens in its own window without the browser address bar, keeps its own icon in your app switcher, and stays up to date on its own.

• iPhone and iPad. Open Specset in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. iOS keeps installed apps separate from Safari, so you sign in once more the first time you open it.
• Android. Chrome offers Install app from the account menu, or prompts you directly. It installs as a normal Android app.
• Desktop. Chrome and Edge can install Specset the same way, from the account menu.

Specset still needs a connection to load your projects. What changes is that a dropped signal no longer means a blank page: the app starts, tells you it cannot reach the server, and gives you a retry button. When a new version ships you get an Update available badge, on phones as well as desktop.

Nothing changes if you prefer the browser. Installing is optional and the web app works exactly as before.

Alongside it, the documentation has a new home at docs.specset.com. The help center is now organized into focused pages for each part of the platform, from creating your first project to the F&M portal, with full-text search and deep links you can share with your team.

Specset now includes a native scheduling module, so the schedule can live next to the documents it depends on.

• CPM engine. Activities, dependencies, and critical-path calculation run natively; no round-trips to a separate scheduling tool.
• P6 import and export. Bring in an existing Primavera P6 schedule, work on it in Specset, and export it back out for partners who stay in P6.
• Versions and lookaheads. Snapshot the schedule as versions to track slippage over time, and build two- to six-week lookahead views for field coordination.

Three improvements for teams running many projects at once:

• Folders. Group the projects list into org-wide folders, so regions, divisions, or phases each get their own shelf.
• Card views. Projects and locations can now be browsed as visual cards instead of rows, which makes large portfolios much faster to scan.
• Project duplication. Start a new job from an existing one: duplication clones the documents and the spec and drawing structure into a fresh project, so repeat work skips the setup.
