Create your first project

Specset is fully web-based — there's nothing to install. Just sign in from your browser. If you'd rather have it on your home screen, see Install the app. Projects are the home for a job's documents, submittals, and reviews; managers and admins can create them.

1. Click New in the upper right.
2. Type in the project name.
3. Select the members you'd like to join the project.
4. Hit Create. Specset starts the new project and you can jump straight into it.

Don't see the New button? Check your role — Members can't create projects or upload core documents. Ask one of your organization's managers or admins for the right level of access. See Team & roles.
