The submittal review dashboard

Each review opens to a dashboard showing whether the submittal is compliant, with the full breakdown of what the agent checked and found. Throughout the platform, the analysis uses geometry and spatial reasoning in drawings — not just text — which is how shop drawings are reviewed with the same rigor. The agent identifies what to run against automatically and can run hundreds of individual checks across the relevant spec sections and drawing sheets.

• Work in bulk — select multiple issues to justify and resolve them at the same time; dismiss or update a flagged item that's acceptable and the submittal updates toward 100% compliant.
• Click any issue — the AI marks up the submittal or drawing sheet exactly where the issue was caught, with issue details on the right-hand side.
• Issues list view — check specific issues and filter by Compliant, Non-compliant, or Needs review.
• Compliance matrix — a breakdown by spec section and plan sheet of exactly what was reviewed.
• Annotate directly — mark up, comment, and apply your organization's stamps right in the review; annotations are saved.
• Export — download the issue report as Excel, or as a PDF auto-marked-up by the agent with its comments on the submittal itself.
• Ask the agent — engage with it about the issues found, and see a full audit history of the submittal.
