Submittal log generation

Run it from Agent Sessions → New Agent Session → Submittal Log. The agent scans every spec section and builds a comprehensive submittal log from full project context — not just the places the word "submittal" appears.

• Every required item is logged with a unique number, its spec section and paragraph reference, source, and type.
• Review, filter, and export the log — or create submittals in Specset directly from it.
• From there, assign parties, set due dates, and track each submittal through review to completion.
