Submittal workflow

Submittals can be uploaded directly or synced automatically through your Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud connection. Once brought in, the submittal review agent reviews each one automatically — detecting the relevant spec sections and drawing sheets to compare against.

1. Bring it in — open the Submittals tab and click Upload, or let submittals sync in automatically from Procore or ACC.
2. Automatic review — the submittal review agent runs on arrival, detects the relevant spec sections and drawing sheets to compare against, and sets the review status.
3. Build the submittal — add attachments at the bottom: product data or shop drawings. Use Find Product to pull product data from the web, and let the cover sheet auto-populate from the review results.
4. Send & log responses — once the submittal has gone to the engineering or architecture firm, click Add response to record their status and comments, keeping a full audit history. If it comes back as a revise-and-resubmit, add the response and attachment and it stacks on top of the submittal — so the agent learns what it missed next time.
