General-purpose AI tools don't understand precedence logic and conflicting terms across plans and specs. Specset structures the data first — the conformed source of truth is what makes every review and answer downstream reliable.

1. Once documents are uploaded, publish them from the Spec Sets section — and the same for Drawings.
2. Published documents are parsed automatically, and a conformed source of truth is created.
3. The agent conforms your related spec documents — base spec, technical spec, special provisions, plus RFIs or amendments that change the specs — based on precedence.
4. Drag and drop the spec sections to set priority: top = highest precedence, bottom = lowest. The agent conforms the set automatically to your order.

Conforming keeps an audit history of exactly what was conformed — so you can always trace how the source of truth was assembled from base specs, technical specs, county or special provisions, amendments, and RFIs.
