Drawings & plan sets

Published drawings are parsed into individual sheets — searchable by sheet number, title, and discipline — and grouped into plan sets. Plan sets don't need manual conforming. As new versions arrive — 30%, 60%, 90% CD — Specset automatically detects the most current version of your plan set and places it on your plan page, so the project always works from the latest drawings.

A revision column flags newly issued or updated sheets as they arrive. When Specset processes drawings it deconstructs each sheet into small pieces so the AI reads the geometry and spatial reasoning — measurements, symbols, and clearances — not just the text, which is what makes the reviews downstream accurate.
